Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before applying for or participating in the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), National Institute of Design (NID), National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED), and Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED). By applying for or participating in these examinations, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Eligibility: Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria as specified by the respective conducting authority (NIFT, NID, COA, or IIT) for the examination you are applying for. b. Any misrepresentation of information or violation of eligibility criteria may lead to disqualification.
2. Application Process: Follow the application guidelines and deadlines provided by the respective conducting authority. Provide accurate and complete information during the application process. c. Pay the required application fee as specified by the conducting authority. Application fees are non-refundable.
3. Admit Card: Admit cards will be issued by the respective conducting authority, and it is your responsibility to download and carry a printed copy to the examination center.Failure to produce a valid admit card may result in denial of entry to the examination hall.
4. Examination Conduct: Follow all examination rules and instructions provided by the conducting authority. Do not engage in any form of cheating, impersonation, or unethical behavior during the examination. Use of any prohibited electronic devices or materials during the examination is strictly prohibited. Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others and do not engage in plagiarism or copyright infringement in any submitted work or response.
5. Results and Scores: Examination results will be published on the official website of the respective conducting authority. Scores and rankings are final and binding.
6. Cancellation and Refund: Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. b. The conducting authority reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the examination due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, applicants will be notified through the official website.
7. Code of Conduct: Maintain respectful and ethical behavior throughout the examination process. b. Do not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or unethical conduct towards examination staff or fellow candidates.
8. Data Privacy: The conducting authority will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data may be used for examination-related purposes and may be shared with relevant authorities as required.
9. Disqualification: The conducting authority reserves the right to disqualify any candidate found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. b. Disqualified candidates may be banned from future examinations conducted by the same authority.

By applying for or participating in NIFT, NID, NATA, UCEED, and CEED, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your disqualification from the examination.
